Jenny has cultivated a habit of mindfulness over the last 10 years through a practice of yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and walking meditation.  Since 2010 she has explored the positive correlation between mindfulness practice and best practices in librarianship.

Kristen began practicing mindfulnness and incorporating meditation into her daily practice over 8 years ago.  She enrolled in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program and work, and uses the techniques of walking meditaiton, yoga, and mindful eating every day.
